I did the doodle of this concept 15+years ago. It seemd to finally be the time to make it in 3D.
The initial concept was for a "Nemo"esque bar in a theme park we designed and built from the ground up. Unfortunately the idea was never used.
I have tweaked and expanded the idea a little.
